Refund Policy

1. Refund Policy

  1. Call or come into the shop to inquire about a refund.

  2. All course fees are non-refundable.

  3. Gear/equipment can be returned within 30 days if it has not been used in water, still has factory tags, and has no sign of wear and tear. Gear that has been used in water may be exchanged on a case by case basis.

  4. We will issue refunds to be used for the original purchase, on a account for future purchase(s).

  5. Trips: Deposits are non-refundable or transferable. Payments are non-refundable unless we fill your space. We encourage the purchase of travel insurance and dive accident insurance to protect your investment. You are responsible for the full price of your trip if you cancel after 120 prior to travel, if your space is not filled.

2. Warranty

  1. Items sold are covered by manufacturer's warranty.

  2. Defective merchandise is repaired or replaced based on the maufacturer's warranty conditions and discretion.

  3. Scuba Adventure does not warrant items/services beyond the manufacturer's warranty.

3.Cancellation Policy

  1. You may reschedule your class up to 15 days prior to the start of your first class at no charge.

  2. All reschedules within 15 days of the start of your class will be charged the following fees, per diver:

    • Scuba Classes: $35

    • Discover Scuba or Snorkeling events: $15

  3. Rescheduled classes are available on a space available basis.

  4. Private class options are available for an additional fee.

4.Service/Repair Policy

1. You are liable for all fees and services charges for items dropped off or left at Scuba Adventure. Any items abandoned for a period of more than 90 days are considered property of Scuba Adventure, and you forfeit any and all rights to such property.
