All course fees are non-refundable.
Gear/equipment may be returned within 30 days if:
It has not been used in water
Factory tags are still attached
It shows no signs of wear or tear
Gear used in water may be exchanged on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be issued to:
Original payment method, or
Store account for future purchases
Trip Refunds
Trip deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Payments are non-refundable unless your spot is filled
If you cancel within 120 days of departure, you are responsible for the full trip cost if your space is not filled
We strongly recommend purchasing travel and dive accident insurance to protect your investment
All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion
Scuba Adventure does not extend warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer
You may reschedule your class up to 15 days prior to the first session at no charge
Rescheduling within 15 days will incur the following fees, per diver:
Scuba Classes: $35
Discover Scuba or Snorkeling events: $15
Rescheduled classes are offered based on availability
Private class options are available for an additional fee
You are liable for all fees and service charges on items dropped off for repair
Items left at Scuba Adventure for more than 90 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Scuba Adventure
You forfeit all rights to any property left unclaimed beyond this period
