Refund Policy

We’re committed to providing quality service, clear communication, and fair policies for all of our students and customers. Please review the following:

1. 💳 Refund Policy

• All course fees are non-refundable.
  
  

• Gear/equipment may be returned within 30 days if:
  
  

  • It has not been used in water
    
    

  • Factory tags are still attached
    
    

  • It shows no signs of wear or tear
    
    

• Gear used in water may be exchanged on a case-by-case basis.
  
  

• Refunds may be issued to:
  
  

  • Original payment method, or
    
    

  • Store account for future purchases
    
    

Trip Refunds

• Trip deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  
  

• Payments are non-refundable unless your spot is filled
  
  

• If you cancel within 120 days of departure, you are responsible for the full trip cost if your space is not filled
  
  

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel and dive accident insurance to protect your investment
  
  

2. 🛠️ Warranty

• All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
  
  

• Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion
  
  

• Scuba Adventure does not extend warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer
  
  

3. 📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your class up to 15 days prior to the first session at no charge
  
  

• Rescheduling within 15 days will incur the following fees, per diver:
  
  

  • Scuba Classes: $35
    
    

  • Discover Scuba or Snorkeling events: $15
    
    

• Rescheduled classes are offered based on availability
  
  

• Private class options are available for an additional fee
  
  

4. 🧰 Service & Repair Policy

• You are liable for all fees and service charges on items dropped off for repair
  
  

• Items left at Scuba Adventure for more than 90 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Scuba Adventure
  
  

• You forfeit all rights to any property left unclaimed beyond this period
